A human of Hebridan, Athea was married to Warrick Finn, a member of the Serrakin race. O'Neill had discovered her photograph on P2X-005, the planet on which Warrick's ship had crashed. Warrick had been feared dead during the mission, and he returned to Hebridan to find that Athea had since remarried and had children of her own.
