BORREN

Borren, a member of the Aschen race, was encountered on the Volian world, P3A-194. He participated in the negotiations with Ambassador Joseph Faxon and SG-1 for Earth's admission into the Aschen Confederation. O'Neill found him to be especially suspicious because of his acute lack of a sense of humor.
