CLAIRE JACKSON

Claire Jackson, the daughter of Nicholas Ballard, was the mother of Daniel Jackson. She and her husband, Melburn, both archaeologists, were crushed to death when a temple exhibit collapsed in a freak accident at the New York Museum of Art when Daniel was 8 years old.
