Supreme High Councilor Per'sus, a leader of the Tok'ra, came to Earth from Vorash to sign an official treaty with the US President that outlined a new Earth-Tok'ra alliance in the fight against the Goa'uld. He was targeted by the Goa'uld and survived two assassination attempts by operatives programmed as zatarcs. The treaty was successfully signed.
