CLARE TOBIAS

Lieutenant Clare Tobias was part of a rogue NID off-world operation under Maybourne's command. Her training was as an engineer, and she had once lost a position at the SGC to Carter. Instead, she served under Major Newman on an NID off-world base and worked to backwards engineer stolen artifacts too large to be transported back to Earth. When O'Neill's undercover mission shut down the off-world operation, Tobias was among the rogue agents who were arrested for high crimes against the United States and its allies.
