WEBBER

Webber is an engineer assigned to the SGC. He and Spellman were on the team that built the X-301 experimental spacecraft, but they had failed to discover the recall device which had left O'Neill and Teal'c stranded in space. Webber was also part of the team sent to Revanna to repair the damaged teltac left behind on the planet.
