CALDER

Administrator Calder, leader of the domed city of P3R-118, resented SG-1's judgment of his planet's system of forced labor. He ordered that they be given memory stamps and sent to the underground facility as workers, then reported to the SGC that the team had been lost on the planet's icy surface. When SG-1 escaped and freed the workers, Calder and his people were left to find a new source of labor and power to support the city.
