BORIS

Boris was one of the hospital attendants at the state psychiatric hospital near Leningrad. He worked in Ward K which housed both psychiatric patients and political prisoners including Dimitri, Chessmaster, and Lopat.

MacGyver had been admitted to the hospital as part of his mission to rescue Russian dissident Alexander Karsov. When he succeeded in breaking Karsov out of Ward Zero and returned to Ward K, Boris questioned where he had been. MacGyver explained he had taken a moonlit stroll and directed Boris's attention out the window while Dimitri secretly ushered Karsov into the ward behind his back.
